Info about Eltham

Eltham is a district of South East London that is known as one of the busiest districts of London. It is also one of the largest suburban developments in the Greenwich borough. Its population is quite large and the number of its residents is at about 79 000.

Eltham is full of mansions with historic importance. Two of them are Avery Hill mansion and Well Hall House. In this district is situated one of the most enchanting attractions in London, the Eltham Palace. It is famous about its stunning Art Deco entrance hall, incredible medieval Great Gall, and glorious dining rooms, built by Courtyard family, along with the rest of the palace. In the past the Eltham Palace was a popular winter home for the royal and wealthy families.

There are many other places in Eltham that its guests and residents should visit.
